Great question, and honestly it's one I love explaining. A virtual assistant handles tasks you assign them. An online business manager (OBM) takes ownership of your operations — proactively managing systems, workflows, and the behind-the-scenes so you don't have to think about it. I work as an OBM, which means I'm not just crossing things off your list. I'm helping your business actually run better.
Not at all — that's part of what I help with. A lot of my clients come to me feeling scattered or overwhelmed, without clear processes in place. We'll assess where things stand and build from there. You don't need to have it all together to get started.
Primarily, yes. My background is in the wedding and events industry, and that's where I bring the most value.
